INGREDIENTS

Avocado200 g, Banana100 g, Young Leaf Vegetables50 g, Coconut Milk150 g

TIP The combination of coconut milk and avocados makes a softer, tasty smoothie. Since green and hard avocados are not ripe enough, use them after they have ripened properly.

METHOD

  1. 1. Peel and pit the avocado. Peel the banana and slice properly.
  2. 2. Wash the young leaf vegetables clean and drain.
  3. 3. Insert the smoothie strainer, put all ingredients, and blend thoroughly.
  4. 4. Drink immediately, or let chill for an hour and then enjoy.

NUTRITION

The polyphenol, tocopherol, and vitamin E in avocados suppress active oxygen and slow down aging. The beta carotene in bananas also has excellent anti-oxidant effects.
