Return and Refund Conditions
- Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
- To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- No Returns for Other Reasons:
- We do not provide refunds or accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after placing an order.
- Incorrect orders
- Unwanted gifts
- Damaged or Defected product which is not the fault of the provider. (Not accept the delivered product due to any reason of the receiver)
- Damaged or Defected product which are not preserved following to the instruction.
