Return and Refund Policy 

At Kuvings Cambodia (Koona Co., Ltd), we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a specific return and refund policy under certain conditions.

Return and Refund Conditions

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
    • To qualify, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  2. No Returns for Other Reasons:
    • We do not provide refunds or accept returns for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
      • Change of mind after placing an order.
      • Incorrect orders
      • Unwanted gifts
      • Damaged or Defected product which is not the fault of the provider. (Not accept the delivered product due to any reason of the receiver)
      • Damaged or Defected product which are not preserved following to the instruction.

 

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  3. Inspection and Processing:
    • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or defect.
    • If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we will process your exchange or issue a store credit as per your preference.
